House Rules
At Prime Proper Holidays, we want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure this, we kindly ask all guests to follow the house rules outlined below. These rules are in place to protect the property and respect the experience of other guests and neighbors.
Respect for Property
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage to furniture, appliances, or fixtures must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs for any damages caused during your stay will be charged to the guest.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.
Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Guests who wish to smoke must use designated outdoor areas, if available. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
Noise and Behavior
Please maintain a respectful noise level at all times, particularly during late-night hours. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Maximum Occupancy
The property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking confirmation. Additional guests without prior approval are not allowed.
Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. Before check-out, please ensure all dishes are cleaned, trash is disposed of in designated bins, and personal belongings are removed.
Key and Access
Guests are responsible for the keys or access cards provided at check-in. Lost keys or access cards will incur replacement charges. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, including drug use or any form of unlawful conduct, are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests found engaging in such activities will be reported to local authorities and asked to vacate the property immediately.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings during their stay. Prime Proper Holidays is not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft occurring on the property.
Non-Compliance
Failure to adhere to these house rules may result in additional charges, termination of the stay, or legal action if necessary.
