Refund Policy

January 28, 2025 by primeproper

At Prime Proper Holidays, we are committed to providing clear and fair refund guidelines to ensure transparency and a hassle-free experience for our guests. Please review the following refund terms carefully.

Cancellation by Guests

Refunds for cancellations depend on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the check-in date will be eligible for a refund, as outlined in the booking terms.
  • Refunds for cancellations made closer to the check-in date may be partial or unavailable, based on the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Early Check-Out

Guests who decide to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining unused nights.

Cancellation by Prime Proper Holidays

In rare instances where we must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund for the amount paid. Assistance with arranging alternative accommodations may also be provided.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings may be classified as non-refundable. Guests are encouraged to carefully review the terms and conditions before confirming their booking.

Security Deposit Refunds

The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages or policy violations are identified during the property inspection.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds in situations such as emergencies, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
